AI companies are paying business owners for records they already have: emails, documents, operating files, years of history. I connect you with the buyers. You pay nothing.
Talk with me about your recordsThe range of licensing deals for qualifying companies. Hundreds of businesses have already completed them.
Every AI company trains on the same public sources: Reddit, Wikipedia, and the rest of the open web. That's why their systems get real business wrong. To get it right, they need records of how actual businesses run, and the records in your company's inboxes, file servers, and storage are exactly what they can't get anywhere else.
For most owners, those files are an archive nobody opens. Licensing them turns that archive into revenue without changing anything about how you run your business.
Nothing.
You pay no fee at any point. I'm compensated by the buyer, not by you. You keep the full value of your deal.
A short conversation about your business and the records you've kept.
I connect you with the AI companies whose needs match what you have.
They evaluate your records and put terms in front of you.
You review the offer and choose whether to go ahead. I walk you through every step.
I'm John Kenda. I've owned and run businesses for most of my career, including a senior care placement business in Las Vegas for over a decade and two healthcare services companies serving about 2,000 clients. I know what it takes to build up years of business records, and I know most owners never think of them as an asset.
I hold an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Before anything leaves your company, records are de-identified: names, contact information, account numbers, and anything else that identifies a person are removed. Medical and health records must meet HIPAA's de-identification standard. You see exactly what's included and approve it before it goes anywhere, and nothing transfers without a signed agreement.
Most companies with 20 or more employees, and the records that come with that size, qualify. Smaller companies can work in some niches. If your records fit a buyer I don't work with, I'll help you find them anyway. If they don't fit anywhere, I'll tell you that plainly.
AI developers who license business data to train their systems. I don't name them up front. My work is packaging your records so they draw the best offer, and putting them in front of the buyers most likely to pay for what you have.
One conversation tells you whether your company qualifies. There's no cost and no obligation.
